HOW TO RECRUIT THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB?


Put about 100 bricks in some
Particular order in a closed
Room with an
Open window.

Then send 2 or 3 candidates in
The room and close the door.

Leave them alone and come back
After 6 hours and then analyze
The situation.

If they are counting the
Bricks.
Put them in the accounts
Department.

If they are recounting them..
Put them in auditing .

If they have messed up the
Whole place with the bricks.
Put them in engineering.

If they are arranging the
Bricks in some strange order.
Put them in planning.

If they are throwing the
Bricks at each other.
Put them in operations ..

If they are sleeping.
Put them in security.

If they have broken the bricks
Into pieces.
Put them in information
Technology.

If they are sitting idle.
Put them in human resources.

If they say they have tried
Different combinations, yet
Not a brick has
Been moved. Put them in sales.

If they have already left for
The day.
Put them in marketing.

If they are staring out of the
Window.
Put them on strategic
Planning.

And then last but not least.
If they are talking to each
Other and not a single brick

Moved.

नन्हीं चींटी जब दाना लेकर चलती है,
चढ़ती दीवारों पर, सौ बार फिसलती है.
मन का विश्वास रगों में साहस भरता है,
चढ़कर गिरना, गिरकर चढ़ना न अखरता है.
आख़िर उसकी मेहनत बेकार नहीं होती,
कोशिश करने वालों की कभी हार नहीं होती.

डुबकियां सिंधु में गोताखोर लगाता है,
जा जा कर खाली हाथ लौटकर आता है.
मिलते नहीं सहज ही मोती गहरे पानी में,
बढ़ता दुगना उत्साह इसी हैरानी में.
मुट्ठी उसकी खाली हर बार नहीं होती,
कोशिश करने वालों की कभी हार नहीं होती.

असफलता एक चुनौती है, इसे स्वीकार करो,
क्या कमी रह गई, देखो और सुधार करो.
जब तक न सफल हो, नींद चैन को त्यागो तुम,
संघर्श का मैदान छोड़ कर मत भागो तुम.
कुछ किये बिना ही जय जय कार नहीं होती,
कोशिश करने वालों की कभी हार नहीं होती

Playing is too much important. or doing those works which you have liked/enjoyed too much is also very important, laughing is also..Because these are our own intrinsic properties.In this modern urban world everything seems to be just artificial,so v must not loose our own identity for the sake of getting success/(or just in the "PEER PRESSURE").

Intelligent is that who can lead this world towards his dreams.Dreams are not meant to be forgotten...they are to be protected., because life never ends..and you are never-ever defeated..The one, who struggles for his dreams,with properly taking care of his family, is the leader of this world. No matter, of whom example you take, whether it be Bill gates,Narayan murthy,APJ Abdul kalam,Maharana Pratap,Chris Gardner,Dr Ambedkar,Ashok,Amir Khan,Vinod Khosla, Dhirubhai Ambani,Carl Marx, Ratan Tata,Ajij PremJi,Willium Valace,Spirit-Stallian,Shivaji,Shershash,Vivekanda,GandhiJi,Sardar Patel,Indira Gandhi,Advani,Akbar,MJK,and uncountable examples set in this world ...., at each place you will find that life is not just running behind money, it is thousand times more than it..Life is Love,Life is Security,Life is enjoyment,Life is taking care of nature ,Life is loving our parents & our family members, life is belief of our beloved friends & relatives upon us, Life is meant to struggle for proving ourselves,Life is just living with honesty........Life is in music,Life is in cricket,Life is in Laughing without any worries, Life is taking care of our children, .. original life is in our own hands... and all this life is possible on this very earth,in this very life...what needed is just that we need to believe in ourselves that we can actually do all this. If we have faith in ourselves, then really we are the victor, otherwise no matter how much we earn, no matter on what post we are, no matter where we are living , no matter what we are doing,,...ultimately we are lost...........

What I mean is that in original form each human being is hungry of love and respect. And I believe that all these can be achieved with honesty,without any fraud..and those who believe in themselves.., they will prove it again and again,and people like me will learn from their life to get courage again and again.. we will prove that love and respect are the ultimate aim of life.
Yes we can , Yes we will win........

An Ideal(Optimized) Life in the present context

As engineers, we always try to do two things : - (1) Optimise & (2) Approximate the Ideal things by some real things.
